Muhammad Farhan Naqib's journey in motorsports began at the tender age of 6 when his father, who ran a pocket bike rental business, introduced him to the sport. Farhan expressed interest in trying pocket bike racing, and his father enrolled him in training and competitions within Malaysia. His family has played a crucial role in his career, with his father even taking a year of unpaid leave in 2024 to focus on Farhan's training when he competed in the ASIA TALENT CUP. Now at 15 years old, Farhan has an impressive racing resume, including becoming the MINICUBPRIX MALAYSIA Overall Champion in 2021 and placing 5th overall in the FIM MINIGP MALAYSIA SERIES 160CC in 2023. In 2024, he competed in the ASIA TALENT CUP, finishing 18th overall but gaining valuable experience racing with top riders from across Asia. His most memorable race was at HORIZON BRANANG circuit in 2024, where he achieved second place in qualifying for the first time. Looking ahead to 2025, Farhan aims to finish every race on the podium in the FIM MINI GP MALAYSIA SERIES, leveraging his preference for tracks with high-speed rolling sections like the last corner of Sepang Circuit.
