Who Are We

FIM MiniGP Malaysia

FIM MiniGP Malaysia is the official development racing series for young riders, organised under the framework of the FIM MiniGP World Series. The programme provides a structured and safe platform for talents aged 10–16, using standard-specification motorcycles on suitable karting circuits designed for training and competition.

As part of the “Road to MotoGP” pathway, this series serves as an official structure established by Dorna and the FIM to guide promising riders from grassroots level through to the MotoGP World Championship. Through this tiered system, high-potential riders gain opportunities to progress to international stages such as the FIM MiniGP World Final, followed by higher-level championships including the Talent Cup, JuniorGP, Moto3, and ultimately MotoGP.
